Tired of cooking ribs that are under or overdone or are as dry as cardboard? Our rib class will help to eliminate these and other issues when cooking ribs.
Pork—Good one time, OK the next. What to do? Let us show you how to get it right every time. Whether you are cooking on a grill or smoker we teach you the necessary techniques and you will walk away with a new perspective on pork.
For both types of meat we’ll discuss:
Different Cuts, Meat selection, Trimming,
Injecting, Seasonings, Wood Selection
Cooking Process, Sauces
Slicing of Ribs and Pulling of Pork
Prepayment is required to hold a seat for this class. The class includes instruction and sampling of all foods being demonstrated on that day!
Multiple Grills & Smokers Will Be Used In Each Class.
